The Kirloskar group launches a new brand logo, a “Limitless” commercial vision
Kirloskar Oil Engines, Kirloskar Chillers, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries and Kirloskar Industries launched a new brand logo and refreshed their business vision.
The new âLimitlessâ vision will span eight business areas led by Atul and Rahul and lay the groundwork for aggressive plans in the B2C realm. This will include significant investments over two to three years in all lines of business and investments in new technologies, apart from new offerings, notably real estate and the NBFC.
To strengthen their business, the companies hired several industry veterans, including Mahesh Chhabria at Kirloskar Industries, Vimal Bhandari at Arka Fincap, Vinesh Jairath for the real estate sector and K Srinivasan at Kirloskar Pneumatic.
Arka Fincap was established last year as a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines and started operations with seed capital of Rs 1,000 crore. He focuses on structured term finance solutions for businesses and loans to MSME borrowers and the real estate industry. In three years, Arka Fincap will expand into personal credit and consumer credit.
Atul Kirloskar, Executive Chairman of Kirloskar Oil Engines, said: âWe are on the journey to become a fully integrated conglomerate. Our new vision takes into account the changing needs of the customer, reorienting us from manufacturing to the solutions that surround it. We’re moving from a strong, engineering-driven company to a future-ready company built for an enhanced customer experience. “
