Warner Bros. unveils its new logo at CinemaCon

At CinemaCon today, Warner Bros. unveiled the new logo for the upcoming DC movie, the flash.

During their panel at this year’s CinemaCon, Warner Bros. shared footage from several DC projects, including Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, black adam and Shazam! Fury of the godsas well as the highly anticipated the flashwith Ezra Miller as the titular hero. the flash not only marks the character’s first solo film since joining the DCEU in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justicebut also sees the return of Michael Keaton’s Batman and Michael Shannon’s General Zod in a story that sees Barry Allen travel through time and the multiverse.

While the images have yet to be uploaded, a preview of the film’s new logo has emerged. The new logo design features the title in the same bright red as the Scarlet Speedster’s iconic suit, crowned with the Flash’s signature gold lightning bolt. It’s a subtle overhaul, but one that injects more of the character’s personality into the film’s logo. Check out the image of Warner Bros.’ CinemaCon panel below:

Footage from the film shown at the panel reportedly ended with Michael Keaton’s Batman saying “You wanna go crazy? Let’s be crazy!” It seems the flash is about to do just that.

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a screenplay written by Birds of prey scribe Christina Hodson, the flash is inspired by Breaking point comic book storyline, which followed Barry Allen as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and drawn by Andy Kuber, Breaking point drastically changed the status of the DC Comics Universe and led to the launch of the new 52 titles.

Besides Ezra Miller, the flash also features Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as two distinct versions of Batman, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora-Ul, and Sasha Calle as Supergirl. Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Rudy Mancuso and Luke Brandon Field are also on board in undisclosed roles.

the flash opens June 23, 2023. Stay tuned for all the latest DC movie news and be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
